3 arrested in Bakersfield after search warrant served

Deputies found cash, drugs, stolen proporty

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Deputies arrested three suspects after a search warrant was served.

 

On Wednesday, Nov. 21, metro patrol deputies executed a search warrant in the 3100 block of Hillburn Road following an investigation of stolen firearms and other items.

During the search, deputies said they seized about 30 grams of suspected methamphetamines, an undisclosed amount of prescription medication, digital scales, over $1700 in cash, drug paraphernalia, firearms cases, collectibles, and other suspected stolen property.

38-year-old Phillip Wyatt and 38-year-old Melissa Pena were arrested for possession of controlled substance, possession for sales, and possession of stolen property.

Officials said a third subject was arrested on an unrelated felony warrant.
