BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -  

Two suspects assaulted a male clerk and fired three shots during a robbery on Wednesday night.

At about 9:40 p.m., two subjects entered the Fastrip at 6401 S. H Street and committed a robbery with a firearm.

Officials said that during the robbery the suspects fired three shots. One shot went through the window of the store and two shots were fired into the air as they were running away.

Officials said the suspects were wearing all dark clothing and last seen fleeing westbound from the store.

During the robbery the suspects assaulted the male clerk causing minor injury.
