Cops: Teens connected to 2 residential burglaries

Four teens were arrested Thursday morning following a burglary investigation.
Bakersfield police officers said that at about 9:20 a.m., a burglary occurred in the 2100 block of Kelso Peak Avenue.
Later, at about 10:35 a.m., an additional residential burglary occured in the 6600 block of Pine View Drive.
In both cases, officers said witnesses described the suspects as four black male juveniles.
Officers assigned to the Bakersfield Police Department Career Criminal Apprehension Team (CCAT) saturated the area and with the assistance of the community all four suspects in both burglaries were arrested.
The suspects, ranging in age from 14-16 years, were arrested for burglary, conspiracy and receiving stolen property.
The investigation is ongoing.
