BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - An explosion on the Chevron property in the Lost Hills area had fire officials scrambling.
Kern County Fire Department said a 6,500-gallon tank containing water and oil exploded at the 15255 Lost Hills Road property.
Officials said there were no road closures or injuries.
