BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Lucas Webby was sentenced to 11 years in prison for charges including torture and threats with the intent to terrorize.
Webby was convicted on more than 10 felony charges.
Prosecutors increased the charges against Lucas Webby back in July of 2013, accused of torturing a woman.
On June 21, 2013 deputies with the Kern County Sheriff's Office went to a home in the 400 block of Poplar Avenue to regarding a report of domestic violence.
During the investigation, deputies found that the victim had been punched, kicked, and strangled, as well as hit repeatedly with a baseball bat by suspect, 33-year-old Webby of Bakersfield.
