BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A man who Bakersfield Police said was driving drunk when he crashed into another vehicle appeared in court Wednesday.
Gustavo Delacruz is facing five felony counts including driving under the influence and first-degree murder and driving under the influence.
Police said in October Delacruz crashed into a pickup truck, splitting it in half an killing the driver on Comanche Drive.

CHP said Delacruz was driving the wrong way when he hit 29-year-old Taylor Embree.
Delacruz will enter his plea at a later date.
