Company delivers Christmas Trees to Kern County

BAKERSFIELD - It's official. It's starting to look a lot like Christmas in Kern County.
Wednesday afternoon Alpine Trees delivered a special Christmas tree to the Bakersfield Ice Sports Center in Central Bakersfield.
The Douglas Fur was brought in from Beaver Breek, Oregon and is 18 years old and 23 feet tall. It weights about 1,500 pounds. The owner of Alpine Trees says they've offered a way for people to get a ten percent discount on their trees this year.
