EMPIRE, Calif. - An Amber Alert was canceled on Friday afternoon after the two children and suspect were found.

The Alert was issued for Phillip and Tiffany Tumuilty, nine and six-years-old respectively, on Friday morning.

The two siblings from Empire, Calif. were last seen with current suspect , Phillip Tumuilty, 47, in a reported 2001 Black Ford F-150 at around 8 a.m.

The truck has a California license plate reading: 8W32929.

It is possible that they are en route to Bakersfield.
