BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The search is over for a man accused in the shooting that killed a two-year-old toddler as she played in her yard.
Bakersfield Police say 28-year-old Ralph Chacon was arrested by Calexico Police on Sunday, Sept. 23, for outstanding warrants.
