ARVIN, Calif. - An Arvin man will have to be retried for first-degree murder after a jury could not come to a decision, Thursday.
Adam Arellano was accused of shooting a man to death on Walnut Street in August.

The jury could only agree that he was guilty of possessing an assault rifle and participating in a street gang.
Prosecutors in the case said they will refile first degree murder chargers against Arellano next month.
