Autopsy: Bakersfield man reported missing died of neck compression

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - An autopsy has been completed on the missing man who was found dead in his home.
On May 20, the Bakersfield Police Department asked for the public's assistance in finding 45-year-old Kelly William Gill. Gill was reported missing and was said to suffer from acute medical condition.
On May 21, officers received information that Gill was inside his home and that's where officers found his body.
His roommate, 18-year-old Theron Ausbie was arrested for murder and robbery.
The autopsy concluded that Gill's cause of death was neck compression and the manner of death was homicide.
Ausbie's next court date is set for July 11.
