OILDALE, Calif. - Members of the community spent their day cleaning up trash along the Chester Street Bridge on Saturday.
The clean up was a collaboration between both the city and county.
Volunteers gathered starting at 8 a.m., in Oildale.
Organizers say with the high volume of traffic in the area, trash has been piling up, creating quite the eye sore.
Organizers say there were impressed with the number of volunteers who showed up for the clean up.
