BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The man accused of killing his girlfriend's toddler has learned he'll be out of jail as early as today.
Joshuae Preston was sentenced to three years, but with time already served he's out today.
He was also sentenced to four years probation.
Preston was involved in the 2009 death of two-year-old Guillermo Alvarez.
The toddler died of blunt force trauma while in the care of Preston.
