BAKERSFIELD - A trial date was set for a Bakersfield attorney accused of killing his wife Tuesday.
The trial for Mark Mardrigali is scheduled to begin Feb. 9, 2015.
Prosecutors say Madrigali shot his wife, Trivia, inside their home in June 2013.
Trivia Madrigali died as a result of the gunshot.
Mark Madrigali is charged with one count of first-degree murder and is out of jail on $1.5 million bail.
