BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A 15-year-old, considered at-risk, has been missing since Saturday.
The teen's mom said she was last seen wearing black skinny jeans and a black tank top.
The girl is considered at-risk because of her age.
According to her mom, the girl is bi-polar and has been without medication since she went missing.
