BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A Bakersfield man is behind bars Sunday after being arrested for shooting a man outside a bar in downtown Bakersfield.
The Bakersfield Police Department said Robert Graham, 48, shot a man on Sunday morning around 1:12 a.m. outside the Ink Bar on K Street.
The victim, 25-year-old Troy Stewart, was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
Graham was booked into Kern County Jail for attempted murder, felon in possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine.
