Prison officials in Alaska are being questioned after a Bakersfield man was found dead in a prison cell.
Davon Mosely, 20, was discovered dead on April 4 while behind bars on a fugitive warrant from California.
The case had been dismissed more than a week earlier, so Mosely have been due for release.
Mosley's fiancee, Vernesia Gordon, says she was kept from visiting him and prison guards would not let him take his bipolar and schizophrenia medication.
Gordon has hired a lawyer to look in to Mosely's treatment and why he was not released.
