Bakersfield man found with gunshot wounds in feet

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A man is recovering in a hospital after he was found with gunshot wounds to his feet.
On July 9, at about 11:03 p.m., deputies went the 3500 block of Pioneer Drive in East Bakersfield regarding shots fired.
When officers arrived, they said they found a 30-year-old Bakersfield man suffering from a gunshot wound to each of his feet.
He was taken to Kern Medical Center for treatment of his wounds, which are not considered to be life threatening.
At this time, there is no suspect information and it is unknown if the shooting is gang related.
