BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A Bakersfield man is dead after his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck Tuesday evening.
On March 5, at about 6:30 p.m., a 33-year-old man, who's name is being withheld by the coroner until his next of kin is notified, was riding his motorcycle on Oildale Drive.
Officials said his motorcycle then reportedly slammed into a pickup truck.
The man was taken to Kern Medical Center where he was declared dead.
