BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A 79-year-old parolee and registered sex offender has removed his GPS tracking ankle monitor.
Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex offender, Richard Robert Castro.
Castro's whereabouts are unknown.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
