Bakersfield Police: 2 wanted for using counterfeit cash at Kohl's stores
Used fake money multiple times

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Two suspects are wanted for questioning regarding the passing of counterfeit currency, according to Bakersfield Police.
On Jan. 18, police said a man entered the Kohl's on Rosedale Highway and paid with fake money.
The next day, the man went back to the store and returned the merchandise he bought for a monetary refund, according to reports.
Police said the man was with a woman when a second purchase was made with counterfeit money.
The woman also tried to make a purchase using fake money, but was unsuccessful, police said.
According to police both suspects fled the scene.
On Jan. 27, the man entered the Kohl's on Gosford Road and made another purchase with counterfeit money. He reportedly fled the store after the purchase was complete.
The man is described as Hispanic with a light complexion, and goatee. He was seen wearing a white baseball hat, long sleeve shirt with a white t-shirt underneath, dark blue jeans and black boots.
The suspected woman is said to be white with brown wavy shoulder length hair. She was seen wearing a black shirt, black sweater, and blue jeans.
