Bakersfield police arrest man suspected of robbing four fast-food restaurants

Suspect to be arraigned Friday

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Bakersfield Police arrested a man suspected of robbing at least four fast-food chain restaurants, Wednesday. 

Michael Ryan France, 21, is suspected of robbing two Jack In The Box locations, a Carl's Jr., and a Taco Bell. 

According to the BPD, the suspect approached the drive-through window in the early-morning hours, broke the window and grabbed cash from the register.

The Jack In The Box on Mt. Vernon was hit August 21 and the other one on Oswell Street was robbed on August 22, said police. 

France could face 4 felony counts of second-degree burglary and his bond is set at $40,000. 

He is set to be arraigned Friday at 3 p.m.
