Bakersfield Police: 2 suspects wanted for annoying children in different cases

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in finding a two suspects who harassed two juveniles.
On April 13, at about 8:15 a.m., police said an eleven-year-old was walking to school in the 500 block of T Street when she said she was confronted by a man.
The man was described as a 25-year-old white man with a thin build and short black hair and brown eyes. The child said the man was clean shaven and was wearing a black shirt.
The suspected car was a dark blue, four-door compact vehicle, stock in appearance with rear tinted windows.
On April 12, at about 5:15 p.m., a 13-year-old juvenile said she was walking home from school in the 8800 block of White Lane when she was confronted by a man.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his mid-30s with black hair and a black mustache. The man was said to have been wearing a white and gray plaid shirt, a silver necklace and had a diamond earring in his right ear lobe.
The suspect was said to be driving a charcoal gray four-door Ford pick-up truck with a slight lift. The truck is also said to have chrome wheel and tinted windows.
A week later, on April 19, the same child was walking in the 4700 block of Pin Oak Park Drive, when she said the same suspect approached her in the same vehicle. When she realized it was the same suspect, she ran toward a crowd of people.
Both juveniles in the above mentioned cases said the suspects made verbal contact and attempted to lure them into the suspected car.
