BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A suspect is wanted for indecent exposure and annoying a child.
On Oct. 1, at about 3 p.m., the 12-year-old female victim was walking on South Tulare Street when she observed a vehicle parked along the curb.
As she approached the vehicle, she noticed the front passenger window was down. Then the victim looked inside the car, when she noticed the suspect sitting on the driver's seat. She then noticed the suspect was exposed and masturbating while looking at her.
The suspect was described as a chubby man with a goatee. He was last seen in an early 2000 white, extended cab, Chevrolet pick-up truck.
