Felix Flores, 18, facing several felonies

FRESNO, Calif. - A Bakersfield teen is facing felony charges this morning for a paintball attack that left a homeless man blind in one eye.

According to the Fresno Police Department, Felix Flores, 18, and another teen are both accused of using a high-powered paintball gun to shoot at random targets over several days.

Fresno ABC affiliate KFSN reports one man was hit in the torso.  A homeless man lost his vision in his right eye after he was pegged as he got ready for bed.  His girlfriend, who is battling breast cancer, was also hit.

Fresno Police Sergeant Carlos Fausto says on at least three days, Flores and the juvenile targeted random homeless people in downtown Fresno.

The suspects are facing several felony charges including assault with a deadly weapon.
