BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Bakersfield's own Chick-fil-a is turning four this weekend and the restaurant is throwing a party to celebrate.
The fast food restaurant at the corner of Rosedale and Calloway will have inflatable bounce slides, face painting, games and live music starting at 11 a.m.
Guests will also receive a free ice cream cone and anniversary cake.
Chick-fil-a first opened in 2009 and donated more than $75,000 in food and funds to local schools and civic organizations last year.
