RIDGECREST, Calif. - A woman died at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital Emergency Room after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday.
32-year-old Kellsey Twesme was riding her bicycle on North Jacks Ranch Road north of West Drummond Avenue in Ridgecrest at about 11:46 a.m when a vehicle hit her.
