BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Police Department is asking the community for help in locating a high-risk sex offender who has removed his ankle monitor and his whereabouts are unknown.
Police said Isaac Mathew Ortiz is wanted for violation of parole.
Police described Ortiz as a 26-year-old Hispanic male who is 5'9" and 155 pounds.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ortiz is encouraged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
