BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A man is recovering after officers with the Bakersfield Police Department said he was accidentally stabbed by a friend in Central Bakersfield.

According to police, at about 11:00 p.m., a group of Hispanic and black men got into an argument near Lake and Baker Street, when one of the Hispanic men allegedly pulled out a knife.
