BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Kern County Sheriff's deputies arrested 57-year-old Daniel Holthaus of Bakersfield after an investigation they say revealed he had continuous sexual contact with four different children as young as 6 years old over a 15-year period.
He has been booked at the downtown jail on multiple sex related offenses and his bail is set at $9 million, the Sheriff's Office said.
