The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for theft and fraud.
On August 24, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m., the suspect entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle, which was parked in the 1000 block of Snyder Lane.
After committing the theft, the suspect utilized the victim’s stolen credit card to purchase items from the McDonald’s restaurant, located at 11 South Chester Avenue.
The suspect is described as a:
Black male, 20-25 years of age, short goatee, with a muscular build.
