BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Police Department is asking the community for help in identifying and locating two men they say entered a business at 8120 Rosedale Highway and stole a display cell phone before fleeing on foot.
The incident happened on March 12 at 2:45 p.m., and police describe both men as black males in their 20's, between 5'10" and 6'0" with medium builds. Police say one man was wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans and red shoes, and the other was wearing a black t-shirt, black jeans, dark shoes and a baseball cap.
