BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Taft Union High School shooting suspect, Bryan Oliver, will be staying in juvenile hall despite turning 18 on August 27. The decision was made at a court appearance Monday.
Oliver is being accused of two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a firearm and another count of assault with a firearm.
Oliver's bail was kept at $1.5 million by the judge.
His trial will begin in September.
