CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. - A Cal-City teacher accused of having sex with students reached a plea deal with the court.
As part of that agreement, Amber Failla will have to register as a sex offender.
She will be back in court in May for sentencing. She faces a maximum of two years in prison, but could be placed on probation.
Failla was facing eight sex-related charges.
Court documents showed a high school student claimed she had sex with him in a car.
Two other victims also came forward, saying the teacher came onto them, engaged in oral sex, and texted them naked pictures.
Failla was arrested at her Tehachapi home in July.
