On July 23, 2016, at about 10:00 a.m. a carjacking occurred at Mill Creek Park.
The victim reported while at the park, suspect(s) forcibly took his cell phone and the keys to his vehicle, forced him to remove cash from his ATM and drove him to the Residence Inn on 1622 Union Avenue, before driving him to the area of Highway 65 and Glenville Road.
The suspects choked the victim leaving visible injuries, before releasing him on Highway 65. Suspects fled with victim’s vehicle. Suspect information was developed and arrests were made.
