CDCR: Bakersfield registered sex offender, parolee wanted after failing to report to parole office

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is asking the public’s help in locating Juan Garcia. Garcia is a registered sex offender and parolee at large.
He was released from Wasco State Prison on June 26, and failed to report to his parole officer. His whereabouts are unknown.
He is on parole for sexual battery and terrorist threats.
Garcia is described as a Hispanic man who is 5-foot-4. He is said to weigh about 150 pounds and have brown hair and eyes. His last known address is on Washington Street in Bakersfield.
