Coffee Road reopened following deadly traffic accident investigation

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Police Department has reopened all northbound lanes of Coffee Road after recreating an October 2012 crash which claimed the life of a Bakersfield woman.

Prosecutors say Martin Juarez, 34, was driving the wrong way on Coffee Road when he slammed into a car driven by Breana Webb, 18.

Webb was killed in the crash and her four passengers were seriously hurt.

Juarez faces several felony charges, including hit and run and second-degree murder.
