BAKERSFIELD - County leaders are holding a workshop tonight in Bakersfield about it's curbside recycling program. Leaders with the Waste Management department are giving people the opportunity to debate a proposal to make curbside recycling mandatory.
The meeting is taking place at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in downtown Bakersfield
