FRESNO, Calif. - A Crisp & Cole associate will be sentenced in April for his role in a multi-million mortgage fraud scheme.
Michael Munoz was a real estate agent with the firm. He pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud. His sentencing was scheduled for Monday, but it was postponed.
The 34-year-old admitted to lying on loan applications.
The Crisp & Cole conspiracy cost loan companies nearly $30 million.
He faces up to 20 years in prison and $500 million in fines.
