BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - In the wake of the Sandy Hook shooting, some students and staff at Cal State Bakersfield feel a little safer this morning following a series of training drills.
The school held shooter reenactments to teach people what they should do if a gunman is on campus.
These types of drills have been held at San Diego State, but after the Taft school shooting, officials decided to hold one here.
Those in attendance were given tips such as spreading out from one another and how to block doors.
