BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The League of Women Voters are held a forum debate between Pedro Rios and Rudy Salas, candidates for the 32 Assembly District.
Salas was brn and raised in Bakersfield, is now a licensed general contractor and was the first Hispanic to serve on the Bakersfield City Council.
Rios, an immigrant from Mexico is now a business owner, an educator and a former Delano city councilman.
The forum was held on Wednesday, Oct. 10 at the County Superintendent of Schools Building.
