DELANO, Calif. - A Delano man is dead after his vehicle struck a tree early Friday morning.
At about 1 a.m., officials said 21-year-old Jose Ramon Lopez Carreno was driving on Browning Road in Delano when his vehicle left the road. Upon leaving the road, his vehicle then hit a tree.
Officials pronounced Carreno dead at the scene.
At this time officials have not said whether alcohol or drugs were involved in this incident.
