DELANO, Calif. - A Delano woman died after her off-road vehicle lost control and rolled on Sunday afternoon, according to officials.
On Feb. 10, at about 3:30 p.m., officers with the Kern County Sheriff's Office said they went to Wasco Pond Road regarding an ATV accident.
Investigators said 21-year-old Flor Jesica Montemayor was driving an off-road vehicle when it lost control and rolled.
Officials said Montemayor was taken to Delano Regional Medical Center and was pronounced dead.
