Detours, no left turns on Panama Lane

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -  

Reconstruction of the intersection of Panama Lane and Colony Street will begin on Wednesday evening, Oct. 31 at 9:00 PM and will continue through Thursday morning, Nov. 1 at 6:00 AM.  
 
During this phase of the road construction project, no left turns within the intersection of Panama Lane and Colony Street will be allowed.  
 
Further, all eastbound traffic on Panama Lane will be detoured on Colony Street to northbound South H Street.  This phase of construction is expected to be complete in one evening.   
 
The estimated date of completion of the entire roadway construction project on Panama Lane between State Route 99 and South H Street project is Nov. 21.
