Documents: Joe Maine's BAC twice legal limit when involved in accident that killed pregnant woman

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Court documents revealed more into the alleged drunken driving accident that left Vanessa Carrillo and her unborn baby dead.

The baby, who court documents identified as Khloe Renee Aguirre, and her 26-year-old mother died in the Jan. 17 accident.

Joseph Maine is facing a second-degree murder charge relating to the accident and pleaded not guilty Tuesday.

Documents said Maine's blood alcohol content was .16 percent, twice the legal limit. Maine was driving on a suspended license.
