BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The DBA is lighting up another alley in downtown Bakersfield.
The alley behind the Old Tegler Hotel, between 19th and 20th Streets and 'H' and Eye Streets, will have alley lights installed.
The new lighting is part of a plan to improve the downtown alleys in creating a clean and safe arts district.
PG&E began installing the lights at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 2.
