BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The controversial documentary "Murder Capital of the World" opens at the Edwards Theater on Ming Ave. on Friday.
The documentary explores the devastating drug war in Mexico, specifically in Juarez.
Over 100,000 people have been murdered in Mexico since the drug war began.
The film will run for a minimum of one week at the theater.
