Family arrested for attempted murder

 

Did a family conspire to kill a Bakersfield man?

23ABC has obtained a detailed report in the attempted murder case that has a mother and her two children behind bars.

According to the arrest paperwork, 38-year-old Louisa Polin first assaulted Francisco Ochoa with a knife outside of the FoodMaxx Grocery Store on Union Avenue on April 2nd.

Polin then returned to Francisco house with her two sons, 13-year-old Kristopher and 14-year-old Kasey Villegas. It’s alleged the three suspects began stabbing Ochoa and beating him over the head.

The relationship between the victims and the three suspects is still unknown.
