BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a missing runaway juvenile, considered at risk.

Amber Lynne Brakeman, 16, 5’00,” 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Brakeman was last seen on November 27, 2012, at approximately10:30 p.m., in the 11000 block of Tipperary Drive.

Brakeman has the mental capacity of an eleven or twelve-year old. Brakeman is considered at risk due to her age and because she is a first time runaway.

She was last seen wearing a black “Stockdale High Mustangs” sweatshirt, dark pants and brown Ugg brand boots.
