Firefighters keep fire from spreading from tanker-trailer to hay stack

Kern County Fire Firefighters were sent to the area of Hill and Millux roads regarding a tanker trailer on fire.
Crews arrived at about 9:15 a.m. Tuesday and saw a tanker-trailer that was attached to a water pump that was on fire.
Crews said the fire was near a large haystack.
Crews were able to knock down the fire without any damage to the surrounding area.
